Uplift AI Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is a Colorado-based AI consulting LLC that operates the website at upliftai.legal (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect, how we use it, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. The Site is primarily directed to a U.S. audience, but visitors from anywhere are welcome.

The short version
Summary — not a substitute for the full policy below.
- Who we are. Uplift AI Consulting, a Colorado-based LLC that sells monthly workflow automation retainers.
- What we collect. What you give us through the contact form or campaign chat: contact details, what you want to work on, chat messages and basic site analytics.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not run targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control.
- Your rights. Access, correct, delete, port, and opt out — for everyone, with extra rights for residents of California, other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and the EU/EEA/UK.
- Reach us through the contact form. We respond within 30 days (45 for complex requests).
We collect personal information at two discrete points on the Site. We try to collect only what we need.
1.1 Contact Form (/contact)
When you submit the written contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, and the message you send. This information is submitted to our CRM so a human engineer can follow up.
1.2 Chat Assistant (campaign visitors)
If you arrive from one of our email campaigns, the link may carry your name, firm, U.S. state and email address in the web address. When it does, we offer an AI chat assistant on the page. We record nothing until you send your first message.
From that first message onward we store, against your email address: your name, firm and state as they appeared in the link; the campaign tags of the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign); and the conversation itself — every message you send and every reply the assistant gives, with the times they were sent.
We use this for one purpose: to see which campaign recipients engaged with us and what they asked about, so a human can follow up and so we write better material. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you (Section 7), we do not use it to train any AI model, and we do not sell or share it.
Two other companies are involved. OpenAIgenerates the assistant's replies, so the content of your messages is sent to them; under their API terms that content is not used to train their models. Cloudflare Turnstile runs an invisible check that you are a person and not a script before the chat starts; it sees your IP address and browser characteristics and returns only a pass or fail to us.
Because anyone holding the link can edit what it carries, we record this information as claimed rather than confirmed, and it is marked unverified wherever we store it.
Before a page address is sent to Google Analytics — whether as the page you are on or as the page you came from — we remove the campaign details the link carried: your name, firm, U.S. state and email address. The campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) are kept, because they are how we tell one campaign from another. Google never receives your email address from this site. Your own address bar and browser history still show the full link we mailed you.
Retention: we have not set a retention period for chat transcripts yet. They are kept until we set one. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (Section 10) and we will.
1.3 Site Analytics & Cookies
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect:
- Device & technical data: browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, general geographic location.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 11 for the cookie inventory and Section 12 for how we treat opt-out signals.
This Privacy Policy is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
